PCS-405 - High pressure 1:1, hybrid polyurea, applied with plural component spray equipment.
This chemical formula is an extremely versatile polymer coating system. PCS-405 is primarily used for various light industrial projects as well as professional grade spray-on bedliners. PCS-405 is our hardest hybrid polymer that is labortory tested at shore D 55. PCS-405 exhibits excellent abrasion and impact resistance.
PCS-401 - High pressure 1:1, hybrid polyurea, applied with plural component spray equipment.
PCS-401 is very similar to the PCS-405 polymer material. The PCS-401 is a little softer (shore D 50) which allows for a little more slip resistance and elongation. This product is a very versatile polymer coating system. It too is used for various light industrial projects as well as a general use spray-on bedliner coating. Applicators with machines that have 2000 PSI static presures and below should use this material due to it's viscosity properties.
PCS-402 - High pressure 1:1, hybrid polyurea, applied with plural component spray equipment.
PCS-402 is used for light industrial coatings. It is the softest of the 4 series hybrid chemical formulations. This product works well in roofing and areas where ponding water occurs. PCS-402 is the hybrid of choice if you need a softer more slip resistant finish.
PCS-403 - High pressure 2:1, hybrid polyurea, applied with plural component spray equipment.
PCS-403 is designed for a plural component spray system that uses 2:parts "B" side resin to 1:part "A" side iso. PCS-403 is used for light industrial projects as well as spray-on bedliner applications.
PCS-404 ALUMINUM - High pressure 1:1, hybrid polyurea, applied with plural component spray equipment.
PCS-404 ALUMINUM is designed for spray applications that require reflective coatings. This product is mainly used as a roofing top coat over insulation spray foams. Available in medium grey with built in reflective aluminum pigmentation.
